FSC Engineered LVL and I-Joists

Sterritt Lumber Co is proud to stock various FSC Certified LVL and I-Joists. Our two partners Roseburg Forest Products for FSC LVL and Nordic Engineered Wood for I-Joists have allowed us to complete over 25 wood frame projects using entirely FSC certified product. Check out the categories below for more information on our offerings.  There is nothing more you can do to support sustainable forestry then to choose FSC certified Engineered Lumber.  Despite claims that Engineered Wood is more ecological because it uses more of the tree we need to be careful what trees are being used.  Engineered Wood is the fastest growing category of Lumber products and the more non FSC fiber that is used to produce these items the more deforestation that occurs.
